At Only Love, we offer nationwide delivery across South Africa.

Shipping Fee

A standard shipping fee of R90 applies for nationwide delivery within South Africa.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, credited, or refunded once an order has been placed.

Courier Responsibility

Only Love uses third-party courier services to deliver customer orders. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, the parcel is under the courier’s care.

Only Love is not responsible for courier delays, mishandling, loss, or damage caused during transit. Any courier-related issue may need to be assessed with the courier directly.

Delivery Details

Customers must ensure that the correct delivery address, contact number, and delivery details are provided at checkout. Only Love will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including:

  • Initial delivery fee
  • Re-delivery fees
  • Return courier fees, where applicable
  • Any additional courier charges caused by incorrect delivery details or missed delivery attempts

No Refund or Exchange of Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are not refundable or exchangeable under any circumstances, including returned, refused, delayed, or undelivered parcels.

Important Notice

Only Love will always prepare and package orders with care before handing them over to the courier. Once the order leaves our store, delivery handling is managed by the courier company.
