At Only Love Bridal, we want every customer to feel comfortable, confident, and supported when choosing their perfect outfit. Our fittings are designed to help you view, try on, and choose the right dress, gown, suit, or occasion wear with guidance from our team.

1. Book Your Appointment

To give every customer proper attention, we recommend booking an appointment before visiting.

This helps us prepare for your fitting and make sure a consultant is available to assist you.

You can book an appointment for:

  • Bridal gowns
  • Formal dresses
  • Occasion wear
  • Accessories and styling advice

2. Tell Us What You Are Looking For

When booking, please share as much detail as possible, such as:

  • Type of outfit you are looking for
  • Your event date

  • Any inspiration photos you may have

This helps us guide you better during your visit.

3. Visit Our Store

When you arrive, our team will welcome you and assist you with the fitting process.

4. Try On Selected Items

During your fitting, you will be able to try on selected items that match your needs. There is an additional cost of R50 for all bridal wear and selected formal wear. 

Please note that some items may require assistance from our team when fitting, especially bridal gowns and detailed formal wear.

5. Get Styling Advice

Our team can help you with:

  • Dress or suit selection
  • Veil and accessory matching
  • Colour coordination
  • Fit guidance
  • Event styling advice

We are here to help you make the best choice before purchasing.

6. Choose Your Perfect Look

Once you find the right item, our team will guide you through the next steps, including payment, collection, or delivery where applicable.

Please make sure you are happy with your item before purchasing, as bridal, formal, and occasion wear items are carefully selected and may not be eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

No. Only Love does not offer returns for change of mind once an item has been purchased, reserved, ordered, altered, collected, or removed from the store.

Do I Have to Make an Appointment?

Yes, we recommend booking an appointment before visiting Only Love.

Walk-ins may be assisted if we are available, but appointments will be prioritised.

Do You Charge for Consultations?

Consultations are free. Only Love charges a fitting fee of R50 per style tried on, depending on the items selected for fitting.
What Is Your Order Lead Time?

Our order lead time depends on the type of dress or outfit selected.

For in-store dresses, you may purchase or reserve the item immediately, depending on availability.

For pre-order or custom-made dresses, we recommend allowing around 4–6 months where possible. This gives enough time for production, delivery, fitting, and any final adjustments.

For shorter timelines, please contact Only Love directly so we can advise what is realistically available for your date.
How Does Payment Work for My Dress?

Once you’ve found the dress you love, a 50% deposit is required to make it yours.

Your deposit secures your dress or allows us to begin your order. The remaining balance is paid before collection, so everything is complete before your special day.

Do You Offer Alterations?

Yes, Only Love offers alterations on selected dresses and outfits purchased from us.

Alterations help improve the fit, comfort, and overall look of your dress so it feels more secure and beautifully fitted for your special day.
